If you visit the FormatoBrothers.com websie or utilize the services provided, you then accept the terms & conditions & agree to be bound by them. Please read all of the following information carefully each time you log on to the website. If you do not accept the terms of use or conditions then please do not use the website.

Internet Communication

When you contact FormatoBrothers.com you are doing so through internet electronic means. You are consenting to send and receive communications to and from us via this communication media. By doing so you are agreeing that any communications with you electronically are legal and binding by state contract law.

Prices/Payment

The prices that are illustrated on FormatoBrothers.com are correct to the best of our knowledge. In the event that there is an incorrect price due to electronic malfunction we reserve the right to correct any discrepancies in accordance with what the pricing was originally meant to be. The prices illustrated do not include shipping and any state tax and will be added to any total at the conclusion of any purchase. Buyer agrees to have any such expense added to the credit card to be used by such buyer. Once the payment is authorized by the proper credit facility and received by FormatoBrothers.com shipping will be dispatched. Shipping advice will be sent via electronically via email or by phone with estimated delivery times.

Any user/visitor/buyer agrees that any information/design/photographic or any other content on FormatoBrothers.com is the property of FormatoBrothers LLC. It is to be used exclusively and for the sole use of this website. Any trademarked products used by FormatoBrothers.com are the property of their respective owners and use is striclty proibited without written permission. No reproduction of any products, logos, descriptions, photos are allowed without written permission from FormatoBrothers.com.

Shipping

Formato Brothers, LLC uses UPS for its deliveries. Usually delivery is 1 to 5 business days from the day the order is shipped. Orders will be shipped the next business day after they are received.

Our goal is to provide quality, affordable, efficient shipping of our products to your home or office. All shipping and handling expenses will be added to your credit card.

We are unable to ship to any PO Boxes or to any APO/FPO addresses. Currently we are also unable to ship to Canada, Mexico, or overseas.

We are not responsible for shipping any products to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer. We will do our utmost to assist in retrieving a misdirected shipment, but the customer will be ultimately responsible for the shipping and cost of the products purchased.

Any products that are deemed to be perishable must be shipped Overnight or Second Day. If ground shipping is selected we will change your shipping method to Second Day & charge you accordingly. Perishables are non-returnable. You may choose to ship perishable items & non-perishables together. Be aware that this will be more expensive than shipping perishable items separately. Consider placing separate orders for perishable & non-perishable items. We will notify you if your shipping expenses will be different than stated on your order.

Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday, however an order may be placed at any time. Once your package is shipped, UPS will put the tracking number into their database. You will then be able to track its progress. It may take a few hours or longer once the package is picked up for UPS to have the tracking information available.

UPS Ground Receipt to most locations in 1-5 days
UPS Second Day Air Receipt guaranteed before 2 days
UPS Next Day Air Receipt guaranteed by end of business the next day

while we strive to have all of our foods delivered as quickly as possible we cannot be responsible for the following items: ( 1 ) If a package is delayed due to inclement weather or any weather related reason; ( 2 ) If an incorrect address was given to us by customer; ( 3 ) If a package is delivered on time , but is unopened by the customer soon after delivery. ( Especially for perishables, i.e. meats, cheese, etc. )

Return Policy

Formato Brothers, LLC is extremely proud of the products that we offer to you. They are of the highest quality available. We also strive to provide the most superior customer service in the industry.

On occasion, dissatisfaction may occur. We will do our best to resolve these circumstances to the customer's satisfaction. Should a return be requested, we would request that the product be returned to us within four (4) business days.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns of unopened products for credit. Non-perishable items are not returnable.

If any products are damaged we ask that you notify us via email for further resolution. We ask that we are notified of any damage within two (2) business days for receipt of goods.

We will do everything possible to resolve all issues to the satisfaction of our customers.

Delivery

The customer is responsible for communicating the correct shipping address. FormatoBrothers.com will not be responsible for any shipping or cost of product expenses due to incorrect information submitted by the customer.

Transportation Policy

FormatoBrothers.com will use UPS as its primary shipper for delivery of our products. If necessary, another shipper may be chosen. Any claims for visibly damaged shipping cartons should be submitted directly to the shipper. Any claims for products inside any package should be made to FormatoBrothers.com via email or phone within three (3) days of receipt for resolution by FormatoBrothers.com. FormatoBrothers.com will not be responsible for any lost or stolen products after products have been delivered by the shipping carrier.

Return Policy

FormatoBrothers.com will do its best to warrant that the product descriptions, product weight amounts and other relevant content is as accurate and error free as possible. In the event that there are any discrepancies that are not satisfactory to the customer the customer may return the unopened product(s) to FormatoBrothers.com. Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

Recipes/Pictures

From time to time FormatoBrothers.com may receive recipes/photos/comments/testimonials from customers/friends/acquaintances. All corespondence becomes the property of FormatoBrothers.com and may be used without permission on FormatoBrothers.com website. No payment or any other form of compensation will be required to be paid by FormatoBrothers.com to the send of said correspondence.

Newsletter & Email Correspondence

If you provide your email address you may receive periodic mailings with information about new products or announcements or sale items. If you do not wish to receive this kind of mailing, send an email to us at info@formatobrothers.com asking that your name be removed from our email lists.
